O God, source of all mercy and compassion, we pray for the repose of the soul of your servant, Pope Francis. We thank you for his life, his ministry, and his unwavering dedication to your Church.

We remember his calls for justice, his advocacy for the poor and marginalized, and his gentle spirit that touched so many lives. We are grateful for his efforts to bridge divides, to foster dialogue, and to remind us of your boundless love.

Grant him eternal rest, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May he find peace and joy in your presence, and may his memory continue to inspire us to live lives of faith, hope, and love.

Console those who mourn his passing, and strengthen your Church in its mission to proclaim your Gospel to all the world. Through Christ our Lord, Amen.
